Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern use of the Moose Wash website, estimator, service-request forms, franchise inquiry forms, and related information. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.

Website estimates and submitted measurements

Estimator results are ballpark figures based on mapped area, selected service level, property type, and general pricing assumptions. They are not binding quotes. Satellite imagery, user-drawn boundaries, square footage, billable-area rules, and price calculations may be incomplete or inaccurate. Final pricing, service availability, surface suitability, access, travel, water availability, buildup, stains, treatment needs, and scheduling are confirmed directly by Moose Wash.

By submitting an estimator request, you authorize Moose Wash and CPL Ventures to review the address, mapped sections, square footage, service selection, estimated price, and contact information for the purpose of responding and preparing a final scope.

Form submissions

You agree to provide accurate information and not submit confidential credentials, payment-card data, government identification numbers, medical information, unlawful material, or information you are not authorized to share. Forms are delivered through a third-party form processor and email system. Submission does not guarantee service availability, a response time, territory availability, or acceptance into any program.

Calls, texts, and electronic communications

When you select the service-communication checkbox, you authorize Moose Wash and CPL Ventures to contact you by phone and text about your request, estimates, appointments, territory inquiry, and service updates. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

When you separately select the marketing checkbox, you authorize occasional promotional calls or texts. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase and may be withdrawn at any time. Providing a phone number without selecting marketing consent does not authorize promotional text messages.

Service information

Service descriptions are general. Results vary based on surface material, age, condition, prior coatings, staining, drainage, weather, and other site conditions. Some stains or damage may not be fully removable. A separate written estimate, work order, or service agreement may contain additional terms and will control for the specific job.

Property access and customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing lawful access, identifying known hazards or sensitive areas, securing pets, moving fragile items when requested, and disclosing surface damage, drainage concerns, utilities, coatings, or other conditions that may affect the work.

Payments

Payment terms are provided with the applicable estimate or invoice. Payment information, when applicable, is processed by the designated payment provider and should not be submitted through the general inquiry forms.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

The Moose Wash name, design, website content, estimator presentation, program materials, and related brand assets are owned by or licensed to CPL Ventures LLC. You may use the website for personal or business evaluation of Moose Wash services. You may not copy, resell, interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape abusively, or misuse the website or brand assets.

Franchise and operator information

Information about owning or operating a Moose Wash is preliminary and informational. It is not an offer to sell a franchise, business opportunity, territory, or security. Any opportunity is subject to qualification, availability, separate written agreements, required disclosures, and applicable law. No earnings or financial-performance guarantee is made.

Disclaimers and limitation

The website is provided on an available basis. To the extent permitted by law, CPL Ventures LLC disclaims implied warranties related to the website and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes, governing law, and contact
